IMISK Group
Imisk was established in Mersin, Turkey in 1959 as a trader in citrus and cotton.
Throughout the years Imisk expanded its trade activities to a full line of foodstuffs, various commodities, construction materials, and other lines.
Imisk entered into the logistics field and invested in warehouses, heavy lift transportation equipment, terminals, and port operations with a workforce of over 1500 employees.
We spread our operations from Turkey to the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa with our offices in 18 countries.

Our History
1959
Established in Mersin by Mr. Ibrahim Miskavi under his own name a trader in citrus and cotton.
1971
The company increased its focus on raw cotton exports, and became one of the leaders in this field.
1976
The company started its forwarding activities with transport from Turkish ports to the Middle East, particularly Iraq with a concentration on project cargoes.
1987
The company is incorporated under the name of Imisk A.Ş, being the signature of the late Mr. İbrahim Miskavi and the telegraphic address of the company in the 60s.
1989
The company built its first warehouse in the Mersin Free Zone, and commenced its warehousing and distribution activities.
1991
With the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the company expanded its warehousing and transport services to CIS with own offices in the region.
1995
The group established Ibrakom in Dubai and built warehousing and distribution operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone.
1997
A joint venture was formed with Park Holding, the company leased the Port of Hopa, Turkey for a period of 30 years, and started modernizing and operating the port.
2003
The group established Misnak Transport which specializes in heavy and oversized cargo transportation in Turkey/Iraq and CIS with its own assets.
2010
The group acquired CABA, a renowned heavy haul & lifting company in Turkey.
2010
Misnak branch established in Iraq.
2011
Denmar Turkey was established in partnership with Ciner Group. A purpose built terminal was established in the port of Derince.
2013
Together with its Iraqı partners Misnak signed a 25-year concession to build operate and transfer two terminals in the port of Umqasr.
2015
An integrated management system was implemented for all group companies, and certification processes were completed.
2015
Basra Umm Qasr Port “Terminal 1” started operation.
2016
Dinamik Hydro Power Plant stared operations.
2016
Dinamik Hydro Power Plant started operations.
2017
CJ logistics partnered wıth Ibrakom and CABA-Misnak Group and continued its operations as CJ-ICM.
2018
Denmar Turkey expansion project completed to serve the expansion of Kazan Soda ash mines.
2019
Denmar US was established jointly with Ciner Group for the purpose of building a soda ash export facility in west coast USA.
2019
Logiswift, which is in-house logistics software sytem has been established as an independent company to serve global clients requiring logistics software solutions.
2020
BMT completed its quaywall construction of 550 meters in the second terminal in Umm Qasr.
2021
Denmar US obtained a 20+30 years concession for building a soda ash terminal in the port of Stockton.
2021
Denmar US started its freight forwarding activities with container exports from la ports to Asia and South America.
2021
Levent Real Estate Residential project was launched in Istanbul Turkey.
